In some cases, we may collaborate with Printful for order fulfillment, and this will be clearly mentioned in the product description. 2. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed.

  • We ship worldwide from Portugal. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist in resolving issues with undelivered orders if you contact us at ouiouiqeewee@gmail.com.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country.

3. Refunds and Returns

  • All items we sell are non-refundable unless defective.

  • If an item is defective, customers must contact us at ouiouiqeewee@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the order, and no later than 45 days from the date the order was made.
